Signature scalp Partners/Representatives Terms & Conditions – Custom Hair System Manufacturing (Signature Scalp)
1. Bespoke Production / No Refunds
All hair systems are manufactured to order based on specifications provided by the buyer (including, but not limited to, base size, colour, hair length, density, and texture).
Because each unit is bespoke and produced specifically for the buyer:
•All sales are final.
•We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once payment is received.
•No refunds will be issued due to buyer error, client cancellation, or change of mind.
2. Order Accuracy & Approval
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all specifications submitted are correct before placing an order.
•Production begins immediately once payment is received.
•Errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
3. Production & Delivery Timeframes
Lead times are provided as estimates only. External delays related to production, customs, or shipping are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. Quality Assurance
All hair systems are inspected before dispatch. Because each system is handmade:
•Slight variations in colour, density, texture, or placement may occur.
•These variations are normal and not considered defects.

5. Warranty & Liability (30 Days)
We provide a 30-day manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not wear and tear.
To qualify for warranty evaluation:
•The unit must be installed, fitted, or serviced by an approved Signature Scalp Representative.
•Proof of installation date and representative details may be required.
The warranty does not cover:
•Incorrect installation, cutting, colouring, or alteration of the system
•Damage caused by heat, chemicals, adhesives, or aftercare products
•Aftercare not followed as per Signature Scalp guidelines
•Incorrect measurements, colour selection, or preferences from the buyer’s client
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
Repair or replace the unit like-for-like.
Refunds or credits are not offered.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, along with photo/video documentation of the issue.

6. Buyer/Client Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for:
•Ensuring accurate consultations and measurements for their client
•Providing correct specifications at the time of ordering
•Advising their client on correct aftercare procedures
Client dissatisfaction based on preference (e.g., colour, density, fit, style) does not qualify as a defect or warranty claim.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and submitting payment, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no refund policy and 30-day manufacturing warranty requirement for installation by an approved Signature Scalp Representative.
Payments, Cancellations & Training Date Changes

Payments
All payments made to Signature Scalp Ltd for training courses, deposits, or related services are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Signature Scalp Ltd.
By making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Cancellations & Changes by the Participant
If a participant cancels, postpones, reschedules, or is unable to attend their booked training date for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, visa issues, or scheduling conflicts:
•No refunds will be issued
•All funds paid will be automatically transferred as credit toward a future training date
•Credit may be applied to an alternative available date, subject to availability

Non-Refundable Policy
All training fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
•Course fees
•Deposits
•Partial payments
•Full payments
Once a booking is confirmed, funds are not eligible for refund, reversal, or chargeback.

Rebooking
Rebooking is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Signature Scalp Ltd reserves the right to set reasonable conditions or time limits on rebooked training dates.

Training Date Changes by Signature Scalp Ltd
In the unlikely event that Signature Scalp Ltd needs to reschedule a training date due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
•Transfer to an alternative training date, or
•Credit equal to the amount paid, to be used toward a future training date
Cash refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to payments covered by this policy. Any chargeback raised contrary to these Terms may result in cancellation of training access and additional administrative charges where permitted by law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
