I’m Haley, a dedicated mother of two and a passionate professional with over 30 years of experience in the hair industry. My journey began with a love for hair and education, which has driven me to empower individuals through my work.
For 12 years, I owned a specialized hair extension salon, where I honed my skills and established myself as a hair extension specialist. This experience led to a rewarding 16-year role with Racoon’s education and artistic team, where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and creativity.
In 2020, my business partner Jess and I took a significant step forward by opening a comprehensive hair loss clinic. With 15 years of experience in hair loss solutions from around the globe, we offer a wide range of services, from scalp treatments to hair transplants. Additionally, we’ve developed our own innovative hair system, and we are committed to revolutionizing the hair loss industry. My goal is to help others grow and thrive, both in their hair journey and in life.
JESS PATRICK
I’m Jess Patrick, a passionate hair industry professional with 18 years of experience dedicated to helping people feel amazing through innovative hair services. For the past eight years, I’ve focused on hair loss solutions, particularly developing Signature Scalp—a comprehensive system that beautifully combines effectiveness with aesthetic appeal.
As the business partner of Haley, I play an integral role in our comprehensive hair loss clinic, where we work together to provide effective solutions for our clients. With boundless energy and practical knowledge, I am committed to educating others in this field, guiding both newcomers and seasoned professionals through the complexities of hair loss solutions.
My teaching approach balances excitement with rewarding outcomes, ensuring that learning is accessible and engaging for all my students. My blend of technical expertise, teaching passion, and genuine care for others has earned me respect in the hair loss solutions industry.
